Many last minute meeting cancelations and left waiting for long periods for meetings that were eventually held. She did not advocate for me nor did she get me a good deal. She left the custody order too vague and the other side is using those contractual weaknesses to cause problems. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I also think she was scared to actually litigate in court.

I retained Stephanie Scales for my son in a child custody and support matter after an existing custody agreement was violated in July 2025. After paying approximately $9,000, there has been no progress toward restoring the original agreement. Communication has been extremely poor. Questions are met with additional charges, sometimes several hundred dollars, without meaningful progress. Stephanie and her whole office is AMAZING!!!! She is fierce and she will FIGHT for you! I couldn’t be more thankful I had her on my side during my divorce and custody issues! I would recommend her to any one who is going through a divorce and has children. She is a 10/10 in my opinion.
