HORRIBLE! THEY WERE HERE TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD WHICH WAS ACTUALLY TAKEN WHEN WE SET THE APPOINTMENT. THEY WOULDN'T COME FOR A SERVICE CALL UNLESS WE GAVE THEM A CREDIT CARD FIRST. THE SERVICE GUY WAS HERE 30 MINUTES. I GOT A CHARGE ON MY DEBIT CARD FOR $391.05, THEY SAID THAT THE 2 HOURS WAS FOR TRAVEL TIME AND THEN THE 1/2 HOUR HE WAS HERE GIVING AN ESTIMATE AND ON TOP OF THAT CHARGED A $10 fUEL FEE. WHAT A RIPOFF
