I have been going to Scale Solutions every year in the Spring for a few years now. I put weight on during the winter & without Scale Solutions there is no way I would be able to take it off by myself. The staff is always nice and I only have to wait a few minutes for my appointment. They never judge me or make me feel bad that I can not take the weight off by myself. In 2 to 3 months I have the weight off that I gained.
