I had a disappointing experience with Scaldino Basement Solutions and would not recommend them. We hired them to install crawl space encapsulation along with sump pumps and drainage work. After the job was completed, we started noticing a strong attic/crawl space odor remained and learned that the encapsulation was installed without a proper drainage system underneath or tied into it.
