Excellent experience from initial quote to final bill.
The estimator and office staff were accessible, responsive to calls, answered questions in a way that was helpful, sent an appointment date reminder, sent timely acknowledgement when they received payments. Very professional and well managed process. The person who did the installation of the pit and pump worked non stop and efficiently, was a professional, left the work area clean, answered questions that left me more knowledgeable, and left me with an installation that I am pleased with.
Deciding to undertake an enormous project as a basement was very difficult during these times. I could not put it off much longer. I had researched companies and reviews. Scldinino Basement solutions did a very good job from giving a quote to completing the work. Mitchel was very professional and friendly explaining what needs to be done to fix step cracks in a couple of places in the basement and explained the procedure clearly. Michael who came to do the work was friendly, courteous, and did a very clean job. The lady at the office was very courteous answering phone calls. I am very pleased with the service done by Scaldino Basement Solutions.
