Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
I do plan on recommending them to my friends and acquaintances. If anyone I know is in need of a good ENT doctor, I will direct them here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Instead of just recommending surgery right away I was presented with many treatment options here. I knew if I had to get surgery, it would be their last resort.
