Emily and the rest of the staff at Scaccia PT in Derry are amazing! I was a client when Scaccia took over after the sale of the business. I worried when I learned about this change. Everyone at the Derry branch was incredibly kind and patient-focused. Sincerest thanks to Heidi and Abby for getting my shoulder back to full strength and mobility following a rotator cuff injury. Would highly recommend the care and therapy provided here.
My experience at Scaccia PT in Derry was excellent. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and helped create a plan for recovery. They had a "we want to get you back to" attitude which helps keep you motivated to do your exercises. I was there during the transition period as Scaccia was taking over the practice in Derry. The staff handled it as well as anyone could have given the circumstances. If I need additional PT I will definitely go back the them.
I have gone to the Scaccia Physical Therapy office in Windham for a variety of problems over the years. When I had a new ailment in the past year, I was pleased to learn there is now a Derry office. That location is convenient for me, and I got the same friendly, personal service. Emily is knowledgable and I enjoyed my visits.
I had a few major surgeries and received treatment here. I have had the pleasure of working with a handful of the staff at Scaccia PT over the years. All of the staff are knowledgeable, upbeat and caring. They really know what they are doing over there. Great environment to be in!
