Got let go recently due for “attendance” , mind you management had everything set up beforehand and my paycheck was ready for pickup but yet decided to keep others for lack of attendance. Coincidence I think not . Manager mentioned money incentives for the holidays based off of “good attendance”. As soon as my let go happened there was a change of heart after I left and is giving employees $500 incentive for attendance again up until Christmas .
