SCAM alert!!!! I placed a “buy now” payment because the truck was such a good deal. The buy now price said $7600. The website says that I would receive an invoice in 12 hours. I then get an invoice for $14,600!! They said that there was a glitch in their system that showed a lower buy now price. They said that the glitch happened but I must pay the $14,600 plus fees. I thought I could bid on a boat and have a chance to start a project. Every time I made a bid it was immediately out-bid. I did some research and it seems that the back-end software only updates bids once-in-a-while, clearly not acceptable for a bidding process across multiple web sites. For your information, most if not all of their vehicles come from IAAI dot com (where you can find a bigger selection of pictures for your specific vehicle). I give it 1 star and if I could give it less I do it! The price you end up paying for a car that's crashed is the same price you'd pay on the street.

Total trash scammers. Saw a $25 bid on a car for DAYS, then as soon as I bid $1625, the next bid is @$3000. Gonna hold my $1,000 “deposit”(that can’t be applied towards the winning bid) for 7-10 days after requesting a refund. D bags.
