Use to go here all the time and they were great. Went today and it was terrible. New people in there from before, I asked for my usual service and they went and did a different service without telling me and then charged me an extra $20. The UV Gel they did burned and when I said it the women said oh it does that and forcibly put my hand back under the uv light, and then Talked about me right in front of me. Never going back there, now out $100, absolutely terrible experience. Such a shame cause I used to love this place.

Kelly & Doris are great to provide personalized service, both focus on the customer and make sure you receive all the deserved attention, they are very good at details and make sure you have a great experience.

My daughter came here a few times, people are so talented and sweet. They do a great job. Manager is very nice and always have a smile on.

I came to Kelly Beauty Nails for the first time today for a pedicure and had an absolutely amazing experience! Kelly the owner was fantastic. I got the jasmine spa pedicure . She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed . I felt so relaxed during my pedicure treatment, it was truly a pampering session. The salon is incredibly clean and beautifully maintained, creating such a welcoming and peaceful environment. I highly recommend this salon to everyone looking for a top-notch nail experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have given this place sooooo many chances but unfortunately my nails keep breaking when I get my nails done here! I got a dip powder manicure done on Monday before a 2.5 week trip in Italy, and 4 of my nails broke within the first 5 days of my trip. Dips used to last me at least 3 weeks and would never break!! That is the whole reason I get powder manicures.
