I truly hated my experience at this place. The woman was hateful and kept pulling the hair, instead of combing it. When corrected she was more spiteful and kept breaking hair. She clearly did not use the right technique for dreads removal. I hate the choice I made, and clearly would not recommend this place to anyone ever. Sure!! There is nothing ever wrong with my hair bc her talent is amazing but the hostility I felt the last 2 times was concerning. You told me my neck looked bad and I embarassed you (after a serious event I had & didn’t get a chance to tell you. I came in looking terrible because the night before I had taken my braids out, colored it and then tried to shampoo it. Bad Idea! They told me my mistakes, educated me for the future and Ill be back!
