I’ve been a homeowner for almost 50 years. Have dealt with countless HVAC companies over the years but have never met a more helpful and professional company. Shawn and the SC team promptly got back to me with an a/c problem over a holiday weekend. Shawn walked me through steps to take for the system to cool better. Then he helped me again with a blown fuse. 5 Stars all the way. I’d give a 6 Star Review if I could.
Shawn is great. AC went down on the weekend and he took care of us. No sales pressure. He gave me my options and let me make the decision. Highly recommend!
Called on a Saturday and they said they'd be here in a an hour. Showed up, fixed my furnace, and didn't try to sell me a new one. In and out, 45 minutes. Nice guy, too. Will call again.
Furnace wasnt working in the morning. Tried resetting a couple times that didnt work. Called 5 Hvac companies SC service was the first to call back. He said he would come out but was on vacation. So he walked me through some things and we got the Furnace running. Appreciate the Help and will keep his number for future needs. Thanks Thanks
