The scheduling sucks!!! They may or may not call to confirm the visit the day before (not even 24 hrs notice) and that's the most notification you'll ever get if your lucky. Sometimes you'll get a text message 30 min before they show up, but not always. Sometimes they just show up wo confirming with you at all. If they show up and you dont know they're coming, you may open your front door later to a "sorry we missed you" note on your door and you will be billed for the visit anyways.
