Nurses try but the communication from the business side is a pre-recorded eternal loop , nurse on call unreachable 3 out of 4 times and billing is astoundingly inept.
Do not, and I repeat... DO NOT USE THESE MORONIC FOOLS. Worse care imaginable. If you enjoy running around in circles and high blood pressure, then by all means proceed. No one with this company cares about anything other than there vacations. Meds will not be refilled, calls won't be returned in a timely manner and appointments are canceled without notification. Avoid at all costs.

My almost 98 year old mother has been a patient since her regular local office primary care doctor retired and we couldn't find another doctor to accept her as a patient due to they didn't have space for another patient. She hasn't had a hospital stay since having this team being her new doctors. I tried my best to stick around & keep giving these people a chance! This place stressed me out so bad! If you’re thinking about coming here or sending your loved ones here PLEASE I BEG YOU find another doctors office! They have a high turnover rate and the staff can be nasty! You can NEVER get in touch with ANYONE EVERR!! Dr. Tolan actually cared about her patients but after a while she started slipping on her appointments while never showing up.
