Jason is absolutely awesome. He explained everything to me regarding my sump pump. His level of patience with me was top tier because I changed my mind so much I'm surprised he didn't get whiplash. What a breath of fresh air he was.

We had Dan come out to our house to take a look at a slow filling toilet tank. He was incredibly kind with pointing out the three main problems he spotted, made sure I understood the parts warranty, and was very efficient with his time.
