Excellent customer service, I usually hate calling customer service for support but I do when I have to. Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Jennifer and she was really helpful, it was nice to get someone who was polite and understanding. Thankfully she helped me get my driver fueled up and back on the road.
Worst experience dispatch never keep up with words
I have been doing business with SC Fuels for last few years and I am in the Gas Station business for last 30 plus years . I worked with so many suppliers for my different brand gas stations . SC Fuels may be big but has proved that they don’t care for small business , owners of few gas stations , they take you as a number and out you in line with their 80’s management business , where you keep on calling by phone instead of ordering thru text , email or any electronic system and wait for the phone call to reply and give you ... read more

I was worked at SC fuels for 23 years when I retire from the company they did not do anything even a letter for thanks very bad company.
