Great service and friendly staff both over the phone and in person highly recommend
New boiler and move it upstairs. Initially seemed great, the guy (and his son) who came for qoute very helpful with lots advice. But then,.. The quote then took 4 weeks, They then didn't answer my questions with any urgency. Had to visit shop 5x to remind them over another month. They didn't actively keep me up to date with their situation eg their builder had left (who had agreed to do additional brickwork). The staff in shop were extremely laid back and not proactive at all in chasing up my questions, in fact it was almost... read more
Excellent and very quick response when mums heating broke down. She is elderly and the system is very old. Part found and up and running again quickly, felt they really cared.

Amazing ....had problem with boiler, rang this company, came out same day, on time and fixed the problem. Charged a reasonable price. Can't thankyou enough, will always use this company and will definitely recommend.
