Can’t get in touch with an actual person on the phone
I have been waiting over a month for my birth certificate from their online data base. I paid the fees and have been waiting ever since. They claim they are backed up and may have received the request but it has not been keyed in. Their solutions are to wait until it’s keyed in or come in office and pay again. If I would have known that I would be waiting this long- I would have went in office instead. They advertise for a 5 day turn around and it has been well over that frame.
