I am deeply disappointed by the cold, uncaring treatment my family received today. We rushed straight from school pick-up for two scheduled appointments on a scorching day, arriving and parking out front 12 minutes past our time—just 2 minutes over their 10-minute grace period. Rude and very unprofessional. My daughter had a routine cleaning, the technician was rough and rushing through, cut up her teeth and chipped her tooth they had repaired with filler a couple years prior. Then denied the whole thing, did not offer to help only argued with us that her tooth was already chipped. And she had plaque build up so I guess oh well? I then had to find other dental care only for them to mention her chipped tooth is infected and she needs 2 root canals which they never mentioned. Needless to say, I would... read more
I currently live in Moreno Valley—we moved in 2019—but I still take my children to see Dr. Ewa Hame; she has provided the best care since 2015. The best care and the best dentist for your children.
I can’t thank Dr. Hame enough for the care she gives to our girls. She’s very honest and upfront and they are so comfortable with her. All the staff are really nice too! Thank you!!
