Rude and very unprofessional. My daughter had a routine cleaning, the technician was rough and rushing through, cut up her teeth and chipped her tooth they had repaired with filler a couple years prior. Then denied the whole thing, did not offer to help only argued with us that her tooth was already chipped. And she had plaque build up so I guess oh well? I currently live in Moreno Valley—we moved in 2019—but I still take my children to see Dr. Ewa Hame; she has provided the best care since 2015. The best care and the best dentist for your children.
I can’t thank Dr. Hame enough for the care she gives to our girls. She’s very honest and upfront and they are so comfortable with her. All the staff are really nice too! Thank you!!
The staf is not polite, starting from the front desk. The hygienist was performing the XRs to my kid using the same gloves she uses to open the door, open cabinets, grabbing the XRS vest, and then performing the procedure constantly introducing fongers into the month. I aske her to change her gloves and she got upset. She performed the cleaning with an attitude and was not care. She was very tuff during the cleaning. I will not return to this place.
