My husband bought a salvaged '05 Accord from this company many years ago. After being informed by Equifax and Credit Karma that the car has been paid in full in APRIL 2021, he reached out to confirm that the car had been paid in full and they confirmed this OVER A RECORDED LINE! Not only had we had 4 credit checks since APRIL 2021, it has been reported as closed on every single credit report. They have the worst customer service. They make false reports to the credit bureau and they refuse to call back or address any issues against them. I highly recommend never going with any company that partners with this company.
