Shocking experience with this company. I called up on 10 February to book my landcruiser in as it had a parasitic drain on the battery. They said I could drop it off 28 February. When I arrived they had no idea about my booking and were frustrated I arrived. Mind you I live 2 hours away in Bourke. To make it easier for them I said I would come back on Monday which they were happy about. On Monday I called with no answer and sent a number of text messages as I did not want to drive 4 hours round trip again if it was not fixed... read more
