I am 38 weeks pregnant, needless to say I have been tired physically and mentally. Shirl took her time and worked every tense muscle in this body of mine. Despite my best efforts to stay awake she had me in there snoring 😴. Nevertheless, by the time I woke up I felt so refreshed and revitalized. Thank you Shirl I can't wait to see you again post-partum!
I had a massage today that was so therapeutic. I suffer with chronic neck & upper back pain. Shirl was able to get in those areas & really work them. She was very attentive & listened to my body’s reactions. She did not rush thru. During these scary times, I am very appreciative of her conscious attention to sanitation and social distancing. She was timely & very professional. I will return.
