This company has abandoned their equipment in my yard for 3 months and has not used it. This is an abuse of the utility easement law in Tennessee. They have thus far refused to remove their equipment, but cannot tell me when the next time they expect to use it or how long they plan to leave it on my property. Very dishonest owners. Everything I speak with them they say "we have work scheduled next week" then when next week comes there is no work.
