Nidia is an incredibly talented masseuse. She combines deep tissue work with stretching and also focused on improving circulation and energy balance. I ended up going twice on a three day visit to Santa Barbara and wish I was local to the area to be able to go more regularly. She treats the body as a holistic system instead of isolated body parts and that made a world of difference for my healing and recovery. Highly recommend!

Unsuspecting hole in the wall with a world class practitioner in Nidia. She is an absolute beast; super strong with numerous tension/stretching techniques that were a first for me, all effectively getting me back into alignment. I’ve been treated by at least 50 massage practitioners in the last 20 years or so, and Nidia definitely is in the top 5. I’ll be visiting her every time I’m in SB for the weekend. Go see her and keep this little place alive!!
