Nice facility for training.
So awesome to have discovered this place through a true friend. Took CPR classes here. Great atmosphere. So glad to have this is Arapahoe County were resources are limited. I now feel fulfilled and confident to save a life. 5 Golden Stars earned for this facility
Seb’s Recreation Center has been life-changing for my son. When he first joined, he was struggling to walk. Thanks to Keithen’s incredible patience, encouragement, and expertise, My son has grown stronger and more confident—he now presses 200 lbs on the leg machine and walks with ease. Beyond physical progress, Keithen and the staff have given him joy, confidence, and a true sense of community. We are deeply grateful for the care and dedication at Seb’s. Great place with great purpose, Highly recommend!
