I made contact with Jonathan at Sbragia Septic Services this past week. He was extremely prompt in getting back to me, provided me with a realistic quote and was able to fit me in within two days. In addtion to his pump-out duties, he was helpful in taking the time to inspect my tank, and identify an additional issue that needed attention. He was both personable and responsive. I can recommend him highly.

I am so grateful for getting a referral from our realtor to use Sbragia Septic Service. They are the best!! Booking was fast and easy (over the phone), Jonathan was also amazing to work with and was there in only a few days' time. (Thankfully we didn't have an emergency-like issue, and if we did I'm sure they would have bumped us up earlier.) Jonathan quoted us a job for a Saturday, saying he was otherwise booked, so he could repair an old septic in Sonoma County that required a permit. We were red tagged. It's cost the elderly owner $10k in fines and liens. Jonathan said he would refund half, but we never received a check. We asked him to pay fully as his work had to be completely ripped out, and he won't return our messages. He returned our letter asking for restitution unopened.
