Friendly but! Had my Renault van serviced there, it started playing up so I took it to Renault for what I thought was warranty issue, Renault technician found a fuel pipe that was not connected properly after the service. I gave them the benefit of the doubt so I ordered an Anderson plug and electric breaks to be fitted, I got quoted $250 with a relay for the plug and $650 for the brakes from a Kanwal Mechanic. We had several trips to SBO recently and every time we were met with calm professionalism. The staff and helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable. They worked long and hard to get us back on the road and cannot recommend them highly enough. SBO is an amazing business!
