Amazing CrossFit facility and team! From the coaches, to the workouts, to the equipment, to the overall atmosphere, they are all awesome! This is the most fit I’ve been in my life and I definitely can see the improvement and change in my weight, body tone and strength after being apart of this team for a mere 2 months. I love SBMS. I started almost 2 years ago and you can’t find a better CrossFit family than this one. Everyone is supportive and the coaches are amazing. They can tailor the workout to any fitness level. Now, my whole family comes to SBMS CrossFit!
Been doing CrossFit for 2 years at a smaller gym then moved to Valdosta and it took me a while to find a gym I really liked. SBMS has definitely welcomed me with open arms. They have great prices compared to other CrossFit gyms in the area with discounts for military and open gym 24/7 with any membership.
