Worst company I have ever worked for in my entire life
Worked at a factory for seven years and then Sbm took over. They are the most incompetent company I’ve Ever works for the management staff is like high school kids. They spread rumors and drama and tell everyone your information before you find out. I would never recommend anyone to ever work here.
Heard this company is a nightmare to work for and they do not pay their workers. Managment will tell you what you want to hear before the pack up with your money and scam another company, And very racist
I worked security as the Cleveland ford plant. I’ve seen what this company has put these workers through the amount of incompetence that these poor workers go through is actually staggering and needs to be put to stop
