Horrible service. I came in for something simple fixing a headlight and replacing spark plugs and it turned into a complete waste of time. The staff was unprofessional, barely explained anything, and made the process way more complicated than it needed to be. I had a terrible experience at this shop. I was overcharged on the parts I got. I waited 15 minutes before someone came to help me. They just grabbed the parts and rung me for checkout, no explanation given like they just wanted to drive me out of the store asap. Never again.
Stay away from SBM Automotive because this place is a total scam. I had a terrible experience here and feel completely cheated out of my money. The owner, Sunil, is a con man who is extremely disrespectful to his customers. He gave me the runaround regarding my car and charged me for work that was either never done or done poorly.
