I've been charged my monthly premium but never received anything to confirm the policy number or the benefits, I called to cancel and I am on right at this moment for 27 minutes. Nobody's answering and this broken record music annoying me all this time, I will just simply talk to my bank and stop the withdrawal, because customer service is dead, nobody to take care of the customers, once I canceled. The agent came to my house and convinced me but I never ever received a policy don't ever trust this company.
I would give zero stars if possible! I never signed up for a policy from this company! I just noticed I have been getting money automatically deducted from my checking account for the last 2 months. Thankfully i caught it. This company is a Fraud and should be criminally investigated!
I did not sign up or talk to anyone about purchasing a policy. Money was deducted from my ckg account. No answer yet !!!

What that fail to tell you is approval is not only contingent on your health, but also your credit, which is absurd! So, if your credit is not up to par... within the last 10 years or so, don't waste your time applying!!
