I would give zero stars if possible! I never signed up for a policy from this company! I just noticed I have been getting money automatically deducted from my checking account for the last 2 months. Thankfully i caught it. This company is a Fraud and should be criminally investigated!
I did not sign up or talk to anyone about purchasing a policy. Money was deducted from my ckg account. No answer yet !!!
Great company great products
What that fail to tell you is approval is not only contingent on your health, but also your credit, which is absurd! So, if your credit is not up to par... within the last 10 years or so, don't waste your time applying!!
If I could give less than one star I would. This companys customer service is absolutely horrendous. For three years, I’ve been struggling to change the name on my policy. I was informed by one rep of what to send. I submitted immediately and for months they claim they never received it. I submitted to mail and email several times after, and yet everyone continuously claim they didn’t receive it and continue to threaten to cancel my policy.
