What that fail to tell you is approval is not only contingent on your health, but also your credit, which is absurd! So, if your credit is not up to par... within the last 10 years or so, don't waste your time applying!!
If I could give less than one star I would. This companys customer service is absolutely horrendous. For three years, I’ve been struggling to change the name on my policy. I was informed by one rep of what to send. I submitted immediately and for months they claim they never received it. I submitted to mail and email several times after, and yet everyone continuously claim they didn’t receive it and continue to threaten to cancel my policy. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received from anyone. They have people that don’t know how to do their job answer the phone and then when you ask for a supervisor because they “can’t” do what you’re asking them to, they put you on hold and then the SAME person will answer the phone and be like “oh actually I can do what you had just asked me” and avoid sending you to a supervisor at all costs.
Can't speak to a person when you try to call. The number listed to call them keeps stating " your call can't be reached from your calling area" it's 787 which can reach all the 50 states, but SBLI. They claim it my phone which I use to call in the state. NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF RECORDING WITH MY "787" are code. Horrible customer service when you have NO ONE TO SPEAK TO DIRECTLY!!
