I sat well over three hours in the waiting room waiting for paperwork to be faxed before they could see me. The receptionist ended up telling me to go ahead and leave and that they’d call me to reschedule. THAT STILL DOESN’T HELP THE HALF TANK OF GAS I USED TO SIT IN A WAITING ROOM! Not to mention, I work overnights, and this caused me to go with no sleep into an 8 hour shift. I’m highly disappointed because I’ve heard good things about SBL. However, I will be taking my referral to a different location.
Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. DiDeminico performed my procedure and I could not have asked for better bed side manor. The nursing staff is amazing as well!
I would highly recommend literally anywhere else.
wjth 4 people at reception desk why dose it take so long for someone to answer the phone twice i was on hold for 45mins today 15 mins and got a text to verify an appointment i knew nothing about
Had a great consultation with Dr D, he answered all my questions and concerns and he had a great bedside manner, I would most definitely recommend this urologist to any of my family members or friends,to help them if needed with their urological issues ,if they have any. All the nurses and staff are also very concerned and caring .
