I recently took my mom to the Sullivan clinic, and when we got in the room the table Where they examine you on was filthy had stains on them like the table had not been cleaned in weeks I took pictures the nurse said she was going to tell the administrators , the nurse didn't even want to touch the table.
I have been going here for many years. I grew up in Sullivan and have since created my own family and my daughter goes here as well. We love it!
We see Shawna and have never had a problem! She always listens and cares! Nurse Connie is the best! Everyone is very nice!
