They double book patients leading to 2 hour wait times. We were not told there was a wait time upon arrival. We discovered it by listening to the other patients that had been booked within 15 min increments and the patient that was scheduled at the exact same time as my Mom. One patient was saying she had to wait 6 hours on another day and finally laid down on a wide chair because she couldn’t sit any longer. Have had nothing but top notch care from the 4 surgeons I've seen there. (4 separate surgeries on different body parts lol)
