Good luck getting in to be seen. My experience was 1.5 to 2.5 months out. Dr said I was good to go and still had an inner ear infection.
NP was extremely dismissive of my concerns. I call back weeks after appointment saying condition is worse, treatment isn't working and I'd like to be seen. They tell me they can't fit me in, to keep trying treatment for SIX WEEKS. I tell them I can't wait that long and they say I should go to a walk in clinic to be evaluated. So much for "specialty" care. Appalling.
Dr Cudone was very condescending and was not very helpful when trying to figure out what was wrong. She looked at me with a rude expression multiple times and gave me a feeling intimidation if i didnt agree with her. She was very condescending as if she was the only one capable of understanding my problems. I have never been to a doctor and treated like this before. Jennifer in audiology is absolutely amazing!!
Absolutely, by far the best provider (Dr. Cudone) I have ever been to. She took her time with me, extremely knowledgeable and very polite. Her staff and her are amazing.
