Steve Katz seems to take on more than he can handle in regard to cases. He rarely responses to email messages, and when he does he mixes-up cases. He does not throughly review documents; ie. When he obtained the Declaration (by-laws) for my development, he read the front page then immediately built a case. Worst law firm I ever have. They receive your file because they say you have a case and then they never ever communicate with you. They made me waste a month of my time because they never called me back, never answer my phone calls. No respect for the client at all. Be careful if you still decide go with them.
