The worst at responding to equipment repairs. They have been holding our equipment for months now and don't even respond to email messages! Beware of working with them!

This company should be ashamed of their services. We purchased a used Kirby lester (Pill counting machine) It has not work for more than 2 weeks and company is nowhere to be found. After we placed a bad review after trying to contact them for 3 months or more they decided to answer and with no respect so ever denied service or changing a machine that was never been able to be used for what it was intended. This companies customer service deserves less than 1 star. I purchase and requested price for equipment and have not gotten an answer and is been weeks. Equipment purchased about 2 or 3 months ago has been service twice and now is MIA, nobody answers the phone or emails. I been in the pharmacy industry for over 17 years and trust me you want to be as far from this company as possible.
