Did not like the work from day 1. You could see every stroke of the brush, unevenness, more transparency in some areas and more color in others. She added corners to my nails to make the shape better, but that just made my nails look very wide which I told her I did not like. She made most nails thin, but left two VERY thick. That was not even the biggest issue; two weeks in, my pinky nail and gel broke from the middle, and a day later the index fingernail also broke and all of the gel came off looking like a fake nail. I’m so glad to have found this place so close to home. I’ve been going to Yana for a few months now and I love how my nails come out every single time. She’s truly a gem and never disappoints. I truly go there to relax and enjoy a show while getting my nails done. I think Yana understands I go there to sit in silence because I don’t get that outside of the salon lol
I love coming to SBI! The owner truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Today, I had a color and haircut appointment and needed to cancel my manicure later this week. She rearranged her schedule so I could get everything done in one visit. While I was getting my nails done, she colored my hair at the same time—such amazing service!
