Very disappointing insurance claim experience with SBI General Insurance. My bike claim took nearly 2 months with repeated delays and poor communication. The front shocker, T and fork rod were visibly damaged, but the claim for these parts was not approved despite photos, videos and workshop confirmation. The shocker is now leaking and the bike still has alignment/riding issues. The surveyor's behaviour was also extremely unprofessional and rude during the inspection.
