I visited the SBI branch today in the morning to open a savings account, but my experience was very disappointing. I was made to wait for a long time and kept being sent from one counter to another without any proper guidance or assistance. Despite arriving early, my work was not taken seriously. I had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed unhelpful, and the customer service was worst. The manager's attitude came across as dismissive. Additionally, I felt misled about the product offerings. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience.
