⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience with SBI General Insurance, especially regarding the handling of my claim by surveyor Unnikrishnan. The communication and follow-up were not satisfactory, and I felt that my concerns were not handled with the level of professionalism and transparency I expected. Very poor service..They are very eager to sell their policies.. But after you take their policy( in my case aarogya sanjeevani),there is zero customer support...never ever take this policy...they even mentioned my own name against my nominee( what?) inspite of me repeatedly asking them to keep my sister's name as nominee...How can I be my own nominee..pathetic service and customer care..they have spelled my name wrong inspite of me submitting my Aadhar and PAN. EXTREMELY CARELESS...THEY JUST DONT CARE....

Toll free representatives are very busy it seems, line get cut-off in between the conversation several times, sometimes immediately after hello......The first impressions is not even for 1" star. Doesn't have the courtacy to return the broken call. Our time is also so important sir.. garbage waste.
