Toll free representatives are very busy it seems, line get cut-off in between the conversation several times, sometimes immediately after hello......The first impressions is not even for 1" star. Doesn't have the courtacy to return the broken call. Our time is also so important sir.. garbage waste.
I think giving 1 star is an over-rating.I am a first time user of health insurance and the worst thing I did was taking SBI's health insurance!!!! I have been behind a very small amount claim since june 2025 and till date i have not received the amount. I have contacted multiple representatives and there is no response. I had the worst experience when i visited this branch to meet Mr. Sachin. He never even came out of his office to see me even after multiple visits.
