Choosing SBI General Insurance was the biggest mistake of my journey. While they are quick to collect premiums and send renewal reminders, their "service" disappears the moment you actually need to file a claim. Claim Rejection Tactics: I filed a legitimate claim for vehicle damage, but the surveyor used every possible technical loophole to delay and eventually deny a significant portion of the cost. Worst Genaral Insurance I have ever experienced. Mis-selling the policies and exploiting the customers. They don't follow any IRDA regulations & guidelines. Initially for selling the policy, they will be good & nice, and once policy is sold, then they are not reachable & responding. If at all you visit their office, you will face mental and physical harrasment , it's sure. Keep away from these people & don't trust them
