Choosing SBI General Insurance was the biggest mistake of my journey. While they are quick to collect premiums and send renewal reminders, their "service" disappears the moment you actually need to file a claim. Claim Rejection Tactics: I filed a legitimate claim for vehicle damage, but the surveyor used every possible technical loophole to delay and eventually deny a significant portion of the cost.
