Poor service don't purchase 🙏 sbi insurance
Very Disappointed with SBI General Insurance! I purchased the Arogya Plus Health Policy from SBI General for my parents 2-3 years ago with a fixed annual premium of ₹10,502, which I have paid regularly. Now, without any prior information, consent, or communication, they suddenly increased my premium to ₹22,000, claiming the policy was "upgraded". I have submitted 2 different claims in separate files at your office. However received email for 1 claim only. Further customer care asking for tracking number which you didn't provided. In addition the contact number provided on this page is not working. Kindly update local office contact number in the page.
