Very Disappointed with SBI General Insurance! I purchased the Arogya Plus Health Policy from SBI General for my parents 2-3 years ago with a fixed annual premium of ₹10,502, which I have paid regularly. Now, without any prior information, consent, or communication, they suddenly increased my premium to ₹22,000, claiming the policy was "upgraded".
