Even after regulatory direction, no substantive response has been provided. This reflects poor transparency and non responsive claim handling.

0 STARS. ONE OF THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANIES IN THE WHOLE UNIVERSE. IN MY CASE THEY ASKED FOR THE SAME DOCUMENTS THREE TIMES AND EVERYTIME WHEN ASKED ABOUT CLAIM THEY NEED SOME NEW DOCUMENTS. MY REIMBURSEMENT CLAIM IS IN PROCESS SINCE 10MONTHS. WORST WORST WORST WORST INSURANCE COMPANY. EVEN THEIR AGENTS ARE FRAUD. @PARAMOUNT HEALTHCARE SERVICES HAS MY INSURANCE CLAIM AND THEY EVEN DONT ANSWER YOUR CALL FOR MONTHS.
