One thing can be improved is quick check-up of documents so that insurer sies not have to visit again to submit missing documents
The Head Office has a great atmosphere and a very nice customer lounge—it’s clear they care about first impressions. However, the claim support is only low-to-mid tier. While the hospitality is a nice gesture, the actual insurance service feels a bit indifferent when you need help with policy claims
