Very bad experience. In motor vehicle claim they took 2 months in the name of survey & investigation. After that they give me approval for starting repaire work. During this period I had to pay more than 2lakhs for my Commercial vehicle (Hyva) against loan EMI. My commercial vehicle was on loan and I pay loan amount more than what they approved during this period. Very poor response in claim process. Claim dept never reply soon.
