After a hard period SBHA offered me a home. At first I was not happy as it was not a house I responded on. But now a few months down the line I am happy as SBHA is very responsive. If anything is broken it is fixed within a few days. I had an upstairs neighbor with concrete in his shoes and made quite a noise 24/7 but it was picked up. SBHA refuse to repair dangerous faults. Zero concern for a roof with a growing crack or water flooded stairs. Constantly see their staff out walking and socialising on company money - no time or money to fulfil their legal obligations though.
Had nothing but hassle after moving into an sbha property recently with problematic neighbours, received threats and had banging throughout day and night time. After reporting nothing has been done. Wouldn’t recommend a home with sbha as they will put you anywhere they please without consideration to you or your family’s safety.
