I have been a customer for years. I used to get medication for my Shih Tzus Ginger, Brandi and Jet. Customer service is caring and compassionate. I trust them wholeheartedly.
Apparently it is standard practice not to send a receipt for orders. I called asking to have one emailed and they pushed back saying it needs to be mailed. Absolutely unacceptable for you to charge me hundreds of dollars and not send me a receipt.
I’m a customer of Big Easy Weight Loss here in New Orleans and they use SBH Medical to fulfill their prescriptions. The medication is sent on ice packs and usually they arrive the next day via FedEx. Last week, FedEx dropped the ball and my medications got delayed by a day (absolutely no fault of SBH). When my meds arrived a day late the meds were no longer cold at all after spending an extra day in the Gulf South with heat indexes of over 100° daily this time a year.
