My family and I have brought our cars to SBG for many years. Staffs are friendly and personable. They usually have availabilities when we call. Prices are reasonable and they work with you. Yesterday I brought my car in because the wiper was not working. Brock found the left ball joint was not installed properly and noticed a bubble in the rear tire. My car literally died while driving my relative to the hospital the day after a snow storm. Geico’s tow service was going to take 3-4 hours and it was 19 degrees. I called this place and Brock took care of me. My husband took me to his shop where I gave them my keys, and they fixed my car in less than 24 hours without over charging me. I am very grateful !!!! If I didn’t have my car for the holidays it would not be good. So grateful
They replaced my tire incorrectly which messed up the steering. Had to go somewhere else to get the tire placed correctly. Also charged me a ton and felt like I was taken advantage of.
Brock at SBG is the best in the business. Honest, transparent, and always looking out for your best interest. Happy to have him service all of our family vehicles!
SBG Automotive is outstanding! I had a problem with my brakes and Brock scheduled my car in a timely fashion. He fixed everything to perfection. Smooth ride now! I will definitely be using his services in the future. Awesome atmosphere to get your car serviced!
