I rent from SBD and would advise anybody who wants to rent from them not to they have no communication. And we had to get the city involved because we had mold in our house and they didn't do anything about it for almost ************************************************************************************************************************************************************** our basement.. this company is not ran well do not rent from them.

Whatever you do, stay away from this property management company. This is a real honest review. I signed a lease in 2019 with them for a home in the amount of $1,050 monthly. I then received a call from the owner, and he told me that the house was priced wrong. So they backed out of a legally bonded contract. They then rushed me into a home that destroyed all my clothing and brand new baby clothing ( 7 months pregnant, this company put me through hell). All they offered was free one-month rent. If I could give ZERO I would whatever you do stay away from the property management company!!! This is a real Honest review. This company is full of conniving snakes to put it nicely. They are manipulative liars that take advantage of people with autism. They have no pity for those who don't understand and they don't work with them or try to help them to understand either. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life and they need to be shut down. I have zero tolerance for those who pick on people that have autism. My boyfriend applied for a rental. We paid the $47 each, to apply and heard NOTHING. Ever. No rejection, no acknowledgement that they received anything, just an automated "thanks for your application and payment" email/receipt. It was basically a thanks for the free $94. I sent them a total of 3 emails (2 were, per their automated email's instructions, to add missing documents) and the third was to inquire as to the status of our application. If I could give them 0 stars I would. If you are looking to buy a house and you find out this company are the ones selling it, DO NOT BUY!!! RUN AWAY!!! They have NO idea what they're doing. We bought a house in December 2020 and there have been so many issues. They flipped it and did an awful job fixing things. They painted over wallpaper, hid concrete with mulch to pass it off as a flower bed, poured dirt over trash, garden tools, walkway bricks, timber, big chunks of concrete and rebar. My daughter rents a property from these slum lords. (Definition of a slum lords- a landlord of slum property, especially one who profiteers). She moved in on February 14, 2021 and was promised to have things fixed. Her front porch step is missing half of the step and is a hazard to the point delivery services won't deliver to her front door. This includes medicines that are vital to her daughters health and well being.
