Poor communication! They would not allow us to view the property before moving in claiming it was still in "make ready" status. Then once we move in the process was terrible. They did not explain to us how it went ahead of time which made picking up keys and such very complicated. The we move in and the carpets are visibly damaged. Didn't take too much time to add a outdoor faucet, he noticed there was an issue with my water pressure which I had put a work order in for previously, and offered to call the city for me to get it resolved. Very friendly and nice gentleman

Our house is gorgeous. Beautifully renovated when we moved in, and we still love it. But for public safety reasons, I have to address the issue regarding the *********** heatwave. In late Summer 2023, a Severe Weather Alert was issued to Jackson County with instructions for safety. This included securing adequate air conditioning. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with the covid virus during this time. I wasn't home when the painting got done on the outside of the house on the trim. I came home from work and you could definitely tell it was fresh clean paint It looked great! I even got a phone call prior to the gentleman showing up just to remind me it was happening which I greatly appreciated.

Worst managment company ever. They abuse their power and should be shut down. We have lived in this house for 2 years with a flooding basement and they still won't do anything. They blocked ** from making payments online because I typed in my card number wrong. The guy at the office yelled at me saying it was a privilege to pay online. They really should be investigated.

This company creates issues that never existed so they get away with not giving you back your security deposit. Not only are they not giving me back my deposit but trying to charge me ******* additional. Some painting needed to be done in a couple rooms due to my kids, but there were rooms that nobody was in during the 10 months I lived there, but somehow there was damage they're trying to charge me for. We applied for a rental property with SBD Housing Solutions. They used a company called AmRent to gain my credit score. Because I do not have any open loan accounts at this time, my score came back as 0 to SBD Housing Solutions. My score is actually well within the range they required. Because the system they used was not working to get an accurate score, nor would they let me send them my own documents with my credit score on it. My application was denied. Awful. They stole half a month's rent from me! If you aren't convinced that you need to avoid them I can provide documents of their abusive behavior.This company is setup to scam folks out of their hard earned cash.They have zero communication, (purposefully?) ineffective documentation, constantly avoid fixing their properties, and if you bring up a maintenance issue they will most certainly try to blame you and avoid fixing it, or at the very least try to avoid paying to fix it.When it's time to move out, they will attempt ... read more
